Federation helped Preserve at Broad Creek Community fix a failed storm water pond that created an eroding ravine that polluted the community dock with silt, making navigation difficult. A pool was built into the existing contour to prevent erosion, cool, and slow heavy water flows in an attempt to restore streams.
